The P350 flexitrax™ portable and modular crawler system for sewer inspection specialists, Pearpoint is enabling contractors to carry out faster and more efficient surveys, increasing the number of jobs they can carry out per day – a considerable advantage in these challenging economic times.
The P350 flexitrax offers inspection professionals the ultimate portable crawler system. This advanced and affordable system features the simplicity and transportability of a pushrod system while delivering the functionality and performance associated with complex and expensive crawler systems. The P350 flexitrax is a modular system, designed to meet the tough requirements of most inspection environments. The P350 flexitrax system was designed by Pearpoint’s highly-innovative engineering team and has been developed for continuous operation and easy maintenance. Its modular structure means that all its main components are fully interchangeable and the P350 flexitrax can be tailored to suit a business’ specific needs. System options include a manual or powered drum, three interchangeable cameras, a wide range of wheels and tires and users can determine the cable length and crawler size. The command module is also fully compatible with the P330+ flexiprobe™ giving you access to its comprehensive range of pushrod reels, cameras and accessories. Switch from crawler to pushrod inspection without carrying a second system. Easy to use and Portability The system is easy to use thanks to its intuitive user interface and simple, one-touch control over video and photo capturing. The P350 flexitrax is small enough to fit in the boot of your car. The system can be van or truck mounted and wheeled onsite using the ergonomic barrow design, allowing you to reach conduits beyond the range of your vehicle. Once onsite, the system is quick and easy to setup and deploy. This feature, combined with its ergonomic design and portability means companies can lower the cost per job as less training is required and the P350 flexitrax allows for one-person operation. Van Based System The P350 flexitrax is also ideally suited for a van based inspection system using the motorised drum and associated inspection equipment. Pearpoint can customise most vans to suit the P350 flexitrax system. Outstanding picture quality The P350 flexitrax system supports three interchangeable, high-resolution cameras (Forward view, Pan & Tilt or Pan & Tilt with 10x Optical Zoom). Each camera features the latest generation, ultra-bright white LEDs that ensure a clear picture and a long, maintenance-free life. The digital video is displayed on the command module’s ultra-bright, 200mm (8”) industrial grade TFT screen. The P350 flexitrax command module allows you to zoom and rotate photos and live or recorded digital video in real-time. The command module provides Mimic™ display, an intuitive way of controlling pan and tilt. The command module and the drum also feature RCA video outputs, meaning you can record your video to an external device or display video on an external monitor. Combined, these features provide outstanding video picture quality and make it easier and quicker to correctly identify problems even in the toughest conditions. Flexible digital data transfer The advanced digital transfer platform of the P350 flexitrax means that you can transfer survey data from your Compact Flash card to your PC or laptop via fast USB 2.0. The FlexiSight™ Windows-based software can be used to edit video and convert reports to Microsoft® Word format. With Bluetooth® wireless technology you can send your inspection photos from the command module to a compatible cell phone and forward them instantly to your client.
